Please read policy before booking appointment. All deposits and payments are non refundable. Please arrive on time, a 10min grace period is given. 20$ LATE FEE 10-15minutes. Anything past 15minutes Appointments will be canceled & Cancellation Fee will be applied. Check GPS to check ETA to avoid any fees or cancellations. If you need to cancel/ reschedule appointment please do so 24 hours in Advance. If you cancel/reschedule last min a cancellation fee will be applied as well. No kids or extra visitors allowed, unless you both made an appointment together. No husbands/boyfriends waiting for you outside. If you’re being dropped off make sure your ride picks you up in time. I am home based so when you arrive please let me know & wait in your car until I come outside to get you. Must come with bare nails every time for a new set unless you also book an acrylic removal. If you’re wanting to book a Fill please text me to my number to let me know. If a nail breaks or lifts I will fix at no extra charge if it’s within 7 days after you get your nails done. For lashes you must come with a clean face , no makeup, make sure you don’t wear lash strips or mascara a day before the appointment. I don’t rush my work, please schedule early if you need to be somewhere. I do not offer refunds on any service.
