The Baddie Yearly Subscription
$2,500.00 deposit required
This annual subscription is non-refundable with no exceptions. All services included in the membership must be used within one year from the original purchase date. You can come once a month for: a new nail set, 1 nail fill, a new lash set, 1 lash fill, & 1 pedicure of your choice. Includes: any nail length, basic/freestyle designs with up to 2 accent nails per hand. Lash fills are only included if your lashes are still 40-50% full at your appointment. If too many lashes are missing a $50 fee will apply since it will be considered closet to a full set. You may choose to skip the fill and wait until your next monthly full set. Missed fills do not roll over. Please note: • Soak-off services are available for an additional $20 fee. Full bling nails & luxury rhinestones designs are extra charge. • Subscription services are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
